We Fix Feet run Podiatry & Foot Healthcare clinics within the East Midlands for people wanting to remain fit and healthy, or for those with Footcare or Musculoskeletal Podiatry needs... to get them back to fitness, maintain mobility and able to do the things they enjoy doing... pain-free!

We provide services such as routine footcare through to Verruca Microwave Therapy, Fungal Toenail Laser treatments, Toenail Surgery and Muskuloskeletal Podiatry Rehabilitation packages. Biomechanical Assessments and 3D printed Orthoses are our speciality.

We invest in print and online marketing lead generation, AI-powered software/CRM tool that brings in interested new client leads, providing the opportunity for us to help more people get back to health and maintain their optimum mobility - and THAT is where you come in!

We've got the leads... We've got the product... We just need you!

WHAT YOUR TYPICAL DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:

8:50am Cruise into the Ilkeston or Beeston clinic

8:55am Catch-up with the team and grab a brew from the drinks stations

9:00am Logged-on, clear that inbox and respond to replies from overnight incoming leads

10:00am Bathroom break (you can do this whenever you want - this is just an example)... Rolo may want a little fuss too!

10.15am Process your first batch of sales and schedule the appointment packages

10.45am Send follow-up info to your latest incoming lead

11.00am Keep an eye on the automated responses from the AI-bot, ensuring she's still sane and hasn't gone rogue

11.15am Blast the phone calls again and follow-up on converting that lady you caught earlier just as she was starting her gym session!

1:00pm LUNCH (Stacey's bakery next-door-ish isn't good for the waistline, but the pasties taste sooo good!

1:30pm SMS sell-by-chat on the leads and a couple of phone-calls... because it's easier to hold a conversation on the phone

2:00pm Leave a voicemail (they won't always answer)

2:03pm Rearrange a couple of scheduled appointments... they've booked a last-minute holiday and sent you a web-chat message

2:05pm Process more sales wins!

3:00pm Bathroom Break! (again... no pressure to schedule those)... and grab yourself a coffee and one of those donuts that a happy customer dropped off!

3:10pm Rolo wants fuss... he's just a tart for a belly-rub... plus you have a donut ;-)

3:15pm Chase your follow-up list...

4:30pm Process more sales you just made from your follow-ups (good work!)

5:02pm Log-off and head home

*every day will be different and you'll be in charge/responsible for your schedule :-)

The Nitty Gritty:

We work in our clinics at 94 Bath Street, Ilkeston, Derbyshire and 8 Wollaton Road, Beeston, Nottinghamshire. They're bright, modern, fun and you'll be equipped with the cutting-edge technology that you'd expect!

Our clinicians work between 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday but there'll be some flexibility for your working day to support the needs of the business. We don't work Bank Holidays.
