SPORTS PERFORMANCE & REHAB
Elite Movement. Strength. Resilience.
Beeston, Nottinghamshire, East Midlands.
You Don’t Need “Treatment.”
You Need Capacity.
If you’re training regularly, competing, running, playing padel, golfing or pushing performance, and something keeps tightening, flaring or breaking down, the issue usually isn’t motivation.
It’s load capacity.
And if you’re honest, you don’t want sympathy.
You want:
- To train hard without setbacks
- To increase output
- To feel strong under fatigue
- To stop recurring niggles
- To trust your body again
That’s what we do.
This Is Not Generic Sports Therapy
Most clinics treat symptoms.
We assess performance.
Pain is often the result of:
- Poor force transfer
- Rotational inefficiency
- Reduced lateral control
- Fatigue-related breakdown
- Training load exceeding tissue capacity
If we don’t measure movement and load, we’re guessing.
We don’t guess.
Who This Is For
This page is for high-performing professionals who:
- Train 3–6 times per week
- Take performance seriously
- Want structured progression
- Value clarity over quick fixes
Typical clients include:
- Runners chasing PBs
- Padel players who are increasing their match volume
- Golfers who want more rotation and less stiffness
- HYROX / hybrid athletes
- Busy professionals who can’t afford downtime
It is not designed for:
- Passive massage-only treatment
- One-off taping appointments
- “Just give me exercises”, requests
This is structured performance rehab.
Step 1: Sports Performance Assessment
We analyse:
- Ful Body Biomechanics
- Single-leg stability
- Lateral movement control
- Rotational mechanics
- Deceleration & force absorption
- Trunk & pelvic control
- Asymmetry patterns
- Fatigue response
- Sport-specific demands
Where clinically relevant:
- Video movement analysis
- Treadmill review
- Microgravity treadmill integration
- Strength testing
You leave with:
- A clear diagnosis (if injured)
- A performance gap analysis (if pain-free)
- A structured plan
- Next-step recommendations
No vague advice.
No generic printouts.
Step 2: Performance Strategy Session
After your assessment, we map:
- What’s limiting performance
- What’s increasing injury risk
- What needs strengthening
- What needs controlling
- What needs rebuilding
Then we recommend the most appropriate pathway:
For recurring injury or load breakdown.
For durability and output.
For post-injury progression.
When load sensitivity is limiting progress.
When load sensitivity is limiting progress.
Programme structure and investment are discussed after assessment, as they must align with your goals.
Why Active Professionals Plateau
You can train harder.
But if your body can’t:
- Absorb force efficiently
- Control rotation
- Stabilise under fatigue
- Manage cumulative load
You’ll either plateau or break down.
Most “tightness” isn’t tightness.
It’s compensation.
Common Problems We See
- Recurring calf/Achilles issues
- Persistent hip tightness
- Knee pain when increasing mileage
- Lower back stiffness after sport
- Reduced pace despite strength training
- Loss of confidence after injury
Often, the issue isn’t weakness.
It’s movement efficiency under load.

All sports services are assessment-led to ensure the right plan is in place.
“Isn’t this just physio?”
It’s performance-driven rehab under clinical governance.
“What if I’m not currently injured?”
Perfect. That’s the best time to optimise movement.
FAQ Section
Do I need to be injured to book?
No. Many clients attend to prevent injury and improve performance.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on assessment findings and your goals. This is discussed clearly after your assessment.
Is strength training included?
When clinically appropriate, yes. Strength and conditioning are integrated into progression.
Do you treat runners, golfers and padel players?
Yes. We tailor the assessment to your sport.
Do you cover Nottinghamshire and the East Midlands?
Yes. Our clinics serve Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, and the surrounding East Midlands.
6. What happens if I’m having good days and bad days?
That is completely normal, especially with Parkinson’s.
We adjust sessions accordingly. On stronger days, we may increase challenge. On more fatigued days, we focus on control, technique and confidence.
Consistency over time matters more than one single session.

I’ve had bad feet most of my adult life due to working in steel toecap boots. This caused a severe ingrown toenail. The staff at we fix feet finally gave me some relief from this and now regular “maintain” my feet!
