By booking an appointment at We Fix Feet, you agree to the following:
- Appointments & Cancellations:
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations within less than 24 hours or missed appointments may incur a 100% charge.
- If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment, and charges may still apply.
- Deposit Policy:
- A deposit may be required for certain services, payable at the time of booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 24 hours before your appointment.
- Medical Consent & Records:
- You confirm that all information provided regarding your medical history is accurate and up to date.
- If your medical condition changes, you must inform us before your treatment.
- Under 18s Policy:
- Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
3. Payments & Refunds
- Payment Methods:
- We accept payments via cash, debit/credit card, and bank transfers.
- Payments are due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Refunds:
- Payments for treatments already provided are non-refundable.
- Refunds for prepaid services are available only if a cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance.
Orthotics, insoles, and other custom-made devices are non-refundable once they have been manufactured.

We Fix Feet offers podiatry, sports rehabilitation, and related healthcare services. While we strive to provide the best possible care, the following conditions apply:

- Treatment outcomes vary between individuals. We cannot guarantee specific results.
- Patient Responsibility:
- You are responsible for following aftercare advice and attending follow-up appointments as required.
- Failure to comply with professional advice may affect your recovery.
- Referral Policy:
- If your condition requires further specialist care, we may refer you to another healthcare provider.

- Infectious Conditions:
- If you have a contagious illness, open wound, or any condition that may pose a health risk to others, we may refuse treatment and reschedule your appointment.

- We Fix Feet is not responsible for injuries sustained on our premises due to non-compliance with health and safety policies.
- We are not liable for injuries or worsening conditions due to failure to follow post-treatment care instructions.
